Just a quick reminder we will be off from this evening until 8th August when I am back but we are Fully Booked that day .
I will respond to any messages on the 8th August as we take a relaxing break .
Please be aware that
August is Fully Booked
September @
October are 70% Booked
November is also 70 % Booked
December is Fully Booked
Our Books are closed to any new family Members and we will not be opening them in the foreseeable future .
Our focus is all of our current family members .
Our 2027 books open on the 10th August and we strongly encourage and recommend where possible to block book the year in its entirety.
Our opening hours are changing from the 1st January as previously posted .

Good afternoon .
Our Books will be opening for 2027 on the 10th August .
Our books are closed to new family members and this will be the case for the foreseeable future .

Before the books open we wanted to make you aware of some changes to opening times in 2027 .
We will be closed on Sundays and this will include Sundays in December from 2027 .
We will be closed on all bank holidays in 2027 and we will also be closing now on Christmas Eve .
Our weekly opening hours are reducing
Saturdays we will only be open until 12.30 pm with Two Grooming Appointments to prebook every Saturday morning .
Sundays we will be closed .
We will also be closed on one Full day a week which we will be flexible and it will change in line with scheduled booked Grooms .
We also will be looking to take at least 4 weeks holiday .
So we would advise pre booking for all of 2027 if you are able to do so .
Please message me with your preference in days .dates , times and frequency in Grooms and I will then come back to you to confirm the dates .
After 5 years we are so proud and privileged to have such a lovely Little Family and we thank you for choosing Posh Paws Dog Grooming with Love x

Well we have had a couple of cooler days at last , however Tuesday @ Wednesday look to be getting hotter once more .
I will be contacting Grooms that have been booked in the daytime on both days to reschedule as although the Temperature suggests 24 upwards it has been last week much Hotter than forecasted .
I would like to extend my thanks to all of our family members who we have swapped around to be Groomed in cooler Temperatures 🐾
The Health @ Safety of our little people is our Number One Priority x

We are closed from 29th July to 10th August for a Holiday .
We are Fully Booked now for July , August and are almost Fully booked for September .
We have a few Grooming Slots in October and November but we are also Fully Booked for Christmas 🎄 Grooms .

We will be so glad when the Temperatures drop and the forecast for those temperatures are accurate.
Another hot day yesturday we will be contacting remaining Grooms for this week over the next two days .

Once again this week the temperatures are extremely warm with weather temperature forecast being quite confusing ie
23 degrees on a forecast when it is in fact 30 degrees
Our priority has to be the Dogs
Whilst we dry using cool air , have breaks , lots of water , fans etc we do not have air conditioning.
Transporting in an air conditioned car is the best way however the Groom time itself can not be adjusted in its length .
Therefore we will adjust the timings if we feel that our dogs may not be comfortable and above all safe .
We care for all our Dogs as if they were part of our family because all of them are , so we don’t look to what other Groomers might be doing in the area as they may have air conditioning for instance but we take our stance based on a clear Duty of Care and the measures we take with our own dearly loved little person

Well it seemed to cool down a bit yesterday but it was still warm .. in the central part of the day ... still 18 degrees at 4.30 am this morning .
The Heat last week was off the scale and I feel sure it will return again so when your groom comes around its time to think of Coats being short so our loved ones can have as much comfort as possible .. Sometimes we love to see our little ones with a fluffy cute coat but with these summer temperatures my advice is summer cuts all the way .. x Perfect for splashing about in the cooler parts of the day in a paddling pool or the sea .

Please be aware that appointments may be adjusted due to the heat .
Your dogs safety is my main priority.. whilst every measure for comfort is taken whilst with me breaks , water , fans , cool drying etc
Transportation is a concern
The actual Groom time itself
Next week from Tuesday the Temperature is set to rise again .
I will be watching things from day to day .
Rescheduled appointments are likely to happen to be much earlier in the morning as presently we are not seeing a drop in the temperature most evenings until way after dark .
Once again Thank you 🙏 Dogs welfare is my priority.

Good Morning
I think we would all agree that yesterday's heat was off the scale ! Extremely Dangerous for our precious ones .
Today the Temperature has dropped slightly but 22 degrees at 4.30 am is not giving us any respite and it certainly does not feel any cooler .
I will continue to make adjustments or even close where neccessary and rearrange grooms .
Next week looks like we will be seeing a drop in temperatures 🙏
At this moment in time early morning grooms are more likely because we are not seeing the cool downs later in each day .
Any decision i make is based on the welfare of our family members .
