Stay cool this week as we enter another roaster of a week! Grooming conditions are being monitored very carefully as always - minute to minute! Our priority is your dog. We advise all grooming customers to drive their dog to the salon for their appointment - no one should be walking in this heat 🐾. We will be pulling appointments forward where we can to make the most of early cooler times. Our groomers will be leaving dogs damp this week to keep them cool. If we do have to reschedule it is being done for welfare of your doggies and our groomers. It’s record temperatures so we are doing our very best to manage everything safely. Thank you for your understanding and help 🐾🥵

Happy bank holiday weekend. It’s a scorcher for the doggies so please be mindful we have to monitor the grooming conditions for the welfare of our precious customers. If we have to reschedule due to the temperature it is because we are safeguarding our grooming conditions and not because we are wanting to sunbathe! Our priority is always for your dogs. Sorry guys a poorly nana in hospital means we’ll be closed tomorrow afternoon. Luckily our lovely Karen will be covering us in the morning. We’ll be back to usual hours on Wednesday and grooming appointments aren’t affected - they are scheduled as usual. Thank you for bearing with us 💖🙏🐾
