Well we are stepping out for a bit - our mum is going in for an operation so apologies whilst the shop isn’t open as usual. Here are the days we will be open in August and we look forward to seeing you as normal in September. Grooming appointments remain unaffected. We will be quiet on social media whilst in recovery. As we enter another heatwave this week and next, we again are monitoring conditions for grooming. Please, please do not walk your dog to our shop for their grooming appointment in extreme temperatures. We are advising all customers to drop off and pick up their dog in the car - if that is not possible please call us to discuss as we will endeavour to find a solution. If temperatures are outside permitted regulations for grooming we will have to reschedule your appointment. We understand that might be disappointing however your dog’s health and safety is paramount. Do not hesitate to call with any queries. Please take care in this heat and always check the ground temperature - if it’s too hot for you it’s too hot for any paw pads 🐾🥵

Extreme heat means we are monitoring the shop and salon carefully for the safety and welfare of our customers. If grooming appointments have to be cancelled due to rising temperatures we will reschedule. We have various protocols in place for everyone’s safety. We are advising customers not to walk their dogs to the shop in this heat. If you need anything you can always call us to arrange a pick up of any item. The shop will be closed tomorrow from 1pm but grooming appointments are unaffected and reviewed constantly. Thank you for keeping our Woody Friends safe in these soaring temperatures 🥵🐶
