☕️ Grab a cuppa for this one… it’s a long post 😂

Firstly, sorry I’ve been so quiet on social media lately — life and work have been absolutely non stop, but I promise I’ll get back to posting all your gorgeous doggies properly soon 🐶🤎

Thank you so much to everyone for your patience over the last few months while we’ve been understaffed.

The last few months have been manic with me working back to back, mostly 6 days a week, trying my best to fit everyone in. Between grooming, walk-in nails, messages and admin, time has been so precious — which is why the phones have often been ditched while I focus on the dogs I’m grooming ✂️

WhatsApps have sometimes taken days for replies (or very late-night replies 😅), so honestly… thank goodness for the online booking system and your patience!

We’ve also been getting booked up 3–4 weeks in advance lately, which is amazing and something I’m SO grateful for as a small business 🥹 But with that also comes the guilt when I can’t fit everyone in, especially loyal clients, so please rebook before leaving if you can ❤️

I also want to say a huge thank you to everyone for being so understanding with my ongoing health issues. Sometimes things happen unexpectedly and appointments need moving around slightly, and the kindness and support you all show me honestly means the world 🥺🤎

Now for the exciting part…

🎉 Our girl Sadie, who has been with us over a year as a bather & assistant, will be finishing her Level 3 Dog Grooming Diploma at the end of this month!

Starting in June, Sadie will officially be grooming FULL TIME 🐾

To celebrate, she’ll be offering 15% OFF full groom appointments for a limited time only ✨

Please allow a little extra time for these appointments while she builds confidence and speed 😊

(These appointments are now available online!)

We’re also excited to welcome Poppy to the team 💕
