With storm Eunice on its way a severe weather warnings in place we thought we would share some tips on how to keep our furbabies safe and happy:
๐ถ Make sure gardens and boundaries are secure before allowing dogs to go outside.
๐ถ Plan dog walks to try to avoid the worst of the weather, and avoid any dangerous locations.
๐ถ If your dog is elderly, sick or feels the cold, get them a special coat to keep them warm.
๐ถ Wear reflective clothing if itโs getting dark or visibility is poor.
๐ถ Make sure ID tags and microchip details are up to date.
๐ถ keep dogs on leads just incase.
๐ถ Provide a quiet, safe space to retreat to if they find the wind or storms frightening.
