Job Description: Customer Service Executive

Team Bloomfields produces an exciting collection of equestrian and country clothing.
Due to recent growth, we are seeking a confident customer service executive, to be the point person for our customer orders, for online orders B2C and wholesale orders B2B for UK and export. From picking orders to answering customer inquiries about products and services via different communication channels. Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively. Process orders, exchanges and returns
The ideal candidate would be someone who has experience working in a customer service role, preferably retail or a call centre.
Key Responsibilities
To pick and process all customer orders, exchanges and returns from the B2C website, promptly, accurately and effectively.
To pick and process all customer orders, exchanges and returns from the B2B website or email for UK wholesale, promptly, accurately and effectively.
To pick and process all customer orders, exchanges and returns from the B2B website or email for export, promptly, accurately and effectively.
Serve as the initial point of contact for customer inquiries and issues, responding professionally and empathetically.
Identify and resolve customer concerns, ensuring their satisfaction and exceeding expectations.
Develop in-depth product knowledge and provide accurate information to customers.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and inquiries.
Identify customer inquiry trends and provide feedback for process improvement.
Maintain high customer satisfaction by building rapport and establishing strong relationships with customers.
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies while maintaining a positive brand image for the company.
Required Skills and Qualifications
• A minimum of GCSEs or equivalent qualifications is required. A degree is desirable.
• Proven customer service experience, preferably in a call centre or retail environment.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Excellent computer skills and experience with Shopify (or similar) preferably. also, good knowledge of excel, outlook and word
• Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
• Maintain polite and professional communication via telephone, email and mail
Job Types: Full-time – Permanent
Pay: (£25,000. per year) Wage
