Koolcutz Grooming Kool Cutz Grooming is a professional pet grooming parlour. I have been grooming dogs of all breeds and types now for 25 yrs. Since then I have never looked back.

I have also competed being placed and have won at national levels. I am passionate about all animals but in particularly dogs, cats and horses. I began my grooming life as a child grooming horses. I decided to learn to groom dogs when I owned my pet shop, Pets Parlour in Bourne. I have a real affininty with animals and seem to be able to put animals at ease when they are in my care. I work from ho

me where it is rural, peaceful with very little traffic. I use all of the up to date equipment and grooming techniques. My lateset aquisition is a Hydrobath. What an amazing tool this is for helping dogs to relax their muscles and stimulate circulation thus helping arthritis sufferers.

KOOLCUTZ GROOMING UPDATE:
How utterly beautiful are these flowers? As many of you know Sara, who has been my rock, support, dear dear friend and wingman for the last 8years has now moved on to pastures new. Omg! How I will miss her for so many reasons. I received these flowers yesterday from her and a lovely card with very kind words inside, I was quite teary reading it.
Thank you to Superstarsara for everything.
We now have a new lady to help meet and greet and bath your lovely dogs. Her name is Yasmin. I have known Yasmin for a few years and I am so pleased she is stepping in. Yasmin has Flatcoated Retrievers and shows them so she is not a stranger to handling and turning out dogs to a high standard. I will still be trimming your dogs so not much will change there so please welcome her when you meet her.

POOHNAMI ALERT: 💩💩💩💩 caught on camera!

Feeling that I have to vent my extreme disappointment & disgust. A customer (not the first one to do this I will add) left the grooming shed with 2 large dogs. One dog decided to have a 💩 at our front gate on our property, they stood and watched it 💩 then went out of the gate into their car and went home leaving said 💩 in the middle of the gateway in our front yard without picking it up or asking me for a pooh bag , which I would gladly have given them. I am absolutely fuming about this hence this post.
This is our home. I’m sure if I took my dogs to someone’s garden to 💩 and left it there the owners would be as angry as I am.
From now on, no dogs will be off lead, no dogs will be aloud on our lawn to run about. Anyone leaving 💩 on our property will have it delivered through their letterbox and will not be welcome back.
This is the first time I have vented. This was the last straw.

Due to staff absences and holidays, this year is going to be very busy and appointments are taken well in advance.

We are currently booked until 3rd week in March 2025.

A Christmas note to all of my lovely clients.
A huge thank you to each and everyone of you that have supported Sara and I this year. We really appreciate it.
Thank you also goes to you all that have treated us to Xmas presents and tips. We are so grateful and overwhelmed in what can only be explained as a tough year for everyone.
