I've just spoken with my doctor who has advised I will not be fit enough for work next week.
She has given me some physical therapy exercises and told me I need to rest more.

I feel terrible for letting all my customers down and I'm feeling very emotional. Just resting trying to get over this virus isn't something I'm enjoying 💜💜

Health update.
Yesterday was not a great day to the point I was getting so frustrated about struggling to balance I got a free walker to help me.
Today I didn't need to use it.
I've done two walks, one a 40 minute and the second was nearly an hour. I now very wiped out.
Fingers crossed tomorrow will also be a good day.
Still hoping that Monday I will be well enough to drive and walk dogs 🤞

I'm still suffering with Labyrinthitis.

My friend has just helped me walk my dogs as mike is away but only a short walk which has proved i'm definitely not going to be well enough to drive or walk dogs at the beginning of the week.

A little update, I have a viral ear infection which is what has been making me so dizzy.
I now have medication to take which has already helped with the dizziness but my balance is all over the place, I'm very unstable as my brain needs time to think it's not on a rollercoaster.
Unfortunately I will not be working for the rest of the week.

Congratulations to our latest pet first aid workshop attendees who completed our 5 hour workshop yesterday 😀 We covered everything from bandaging, CPR and vital signs to poisoning, seizures, bites, stings and more! Fantastic job everyone 👏 😊🐾
