🚨 CUTENESS OVERLOAD ALERT 🚨

Kimba absolutely owned his pamper sesh 😻💅 Honestly, you wouldn’t believe this is the same lad who completely objected throughout his first groom! His first visit = matt central 😬✂️ … and let’s just say he wasn’t handing out purrs that day!

Fast forward to now — new grooming spot in the house (location makes a massive difference for cats! 🏠🐾), matt-free, silky smooth, and purring like a wee engine the whole time 🥹🧼✨

It just shows what regular grooms, the right vibe, and proper handling can do! 💖

She’s such a sweet wee girl & sits like a total pro for her nail trim 💅🐾 No sass, no stress – just big eyes and tiny toe beans 🥹💕

The best part? She’s fully settled into her new home and absolutely thriving 😻🏡 - no more hiding under the couch from her family 🥳🧑‍🧑‍🧒‍🧒

Starting kittens early with grooming is SUCH a game changer – not just for keeping them glam ✨ but for their health too! Nails, coats, ears… it all matters 💅🧼🐈

🐾✨ First time glow-up for the dashing Mr Beans! ✨🐾

This handsome lad had his very first professional groom with me – and while he wasn’t entirely convinced at first, he absolutely smashed it! 💪🐱👏

Beans is a bit of a local explorer 🧭 – loves roaming the outdoors with his brother Elvis 😎. He’s now on a regular grooming schedule to keep that gorgeous coat in tip-top shape ✨ (and maybe to keep the twigs and treasures out too 😂🪾)

Bonus fun fact: Beans’ mum is a fab dog groomer (The Wizard of Pawz) based at Dunbar Garden Centre 🐶✂️ – perfect excuse for a coffee, cake 🍰☕ and a browse while your pup gets pampered! 🛁🌸

I’ve had a FLOOD of messages this week about matted kitties 🐈‍⬛🧶 and just a wee heads-up — I’m finishing up on Monday until 15th Sept for a well-earned cat nap 😴💅

💥 If your floof is needing matts removed — please get in touch NOW! I am considering opening up slots this weekend just to get your babes matt-free as I would hate for them to be uncomfortable & having to wait 4-6 weeks for removal! 💁‍♀️💕

She was an absolute angel 😇 – sweet-natured, patient, and totally nailed her mini tidy-up like the queen she is 👑🐱 Full groom already booked in to keep her looking fabulous (and floof-free!) 💅🛁

This absolute unit of a Maine C**n clocked in at a WHOPPING 9.2kg at his last vet visit 😳💪 – a proper friendly giant if ever there was one!

Let’s be honest… he only tolerates his regular groom because I bring the catnip and treats 🎣😅 Priorities, right? But hey, whatever works!

🧠 Fun fact: Maine C**ns are one of the largest domestic cat breeds AND they chirp like little birds when they’re happy 🐦💬

This gorgeous boy was an absolute star during his maintenance groom 😻 His coat is coming in so beautifully after we tackled those pesky matts a wee while back – just look at that squishy wee face!! 🥹💙

True to form, he gave me his usual “right, I’m done now” look and toddled off to sit on his throne 👑 (as all royalty should!)

🧠 Fun fact: Siberian cats like Miko have a triple coat – yes, THREE layers of floof! 😮 So regular grooming is a must to keep them comfy and matt-free 🪮💨

They’re still young and not quite sold on the whole grooming thing yet 😅 (bit of a protest here and there!) BUT we’ve got them on a regular schedule now, and their lovely hooman is giving them wee comb in between 🪮👏 It’ll be second nature in no time! 😻

🦁✂️ Sweet Stella got her ROAR on with a fab little lion cut! At 16 years young, she’s not grooming like she used to and had become quite matted — bless her fluff. The kindest, comfiest option was to whip it all off and let that gorgeous coat grow back nice and healthy 💕

With this heatwave 🔥☀️ I reckon she’s feeling fabulous without all that extra fluff! 😹 We’ll be keeping her coat shorter going forward to make life easier for both Stella and her lovely human 💛

💬 A wee reminder: I’ll never judge you if your cat’s matted – it happens!! But matts can cause pain and skin issues, so do get in touch with myself (or another cat groomer) as soon as you spot them 👀 Your kitty’s comfort always comes first 🐾💖

😹✂️ I’ve well and truly fallen off the social media wagon – oops! 🫣 It’s been a mad mix of busy days, purring clients, and life admin – but I’m still out there trimming claws and tickling chins! 💅🐾

I love a good nail trim – & trim a lot of senior floofs 🐱💖 If your kitty’s click-clacking across the floor like a tiny tap dancer… you know where I am 😉

❗️❗️☀️😺 It’s way too hot for full grooms today – I’m rescheduling them all. Only urgent matting cases are going ahead & nail trims (7-week wait otherwise). I know it can be annoying having to reschedule but your cats safety is my number one priority, always 💛🐾.

Keep your kitties cool 🙏, keep the water bowls topped up 🧊

Please note; rescheduling grooms is a bigger inconvience to me - I lose out on wages, work extra long hours and days trying to squeeze everyone in. It would be highly irresponsible of me to proceed a normal working day where cats could turn extremely unwell due to stress in these temperatures.
