We completely understand that sometimes plans change, but we kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment 🐶

Missed appointments and late cancellations have a real impact on small businesses like ours. This is our livelihood, and we need to keep the diary running with as little disruption as possible. That time has been reserved especially for your dog and is often difficult to fill at short notice.

Our policy:

💚✔️ A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for cancellations
💚✔️ Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur a fee
💚✔️ If an appointment is missed, your next appointment must be paid in full before being booked back in

As the days get lighter and warmer, many dogs start to lose their thick winter coat — which means one thing… the spring coat blow has begun! 🐶✨

Between March and May, you may notice:
