Due to the high temperatures, we're prioritizing the safety of your dogs. Walks won't be possible unless it cools down. The full appointment time will still be dedicated to your dog, but we'll be keeping them safe and cool in the garden or shaded areas with lots of water. Thanks for understanding! 🐾

Yesterday we had the absolute pleasure of making this young ladies dreams come true getting her pony Buster ready to take her to prom! He had a bath, his mane plaited and his tail neatly pulled. The shine on his coat was beautiful. And Jazz you looked absolutely stunning!
The pair of them looked incredible, a truly beautiful pair. Feeling so proud and grateful to of been part of there special day✨

And this is why I love my job... No two days are ever the same, Last night I had the absolute pleasure of watching this absolutely beautiful baby alpaca take some of her very first steps🥹 such an incredible moment and definitely a first for me. Her mummy Donna did a super job delivering her safely whilst her owner was away for the day 🙈 cheeky girl.

Time is flying by!
In just 6 weeks, Winnie (my four-legged hiking buddy) and I will be taking on the Yorkshire 3 Peaks challenge. We're doing this to support the Yorkshire Air Ambulance, a charity that provides vital emergency services across Yorkshire.

As they rely solely on donations, we're hoping to raise as much as possible to help them continue their life-saving work.

And just like that another month done. May you were an absolute blast. I had the pleasure of meeting lots of lovely new customers and there 4 legged friends. I am now fully booked for the next 7 weeks for any house stay’s however I have a couple of available days for some pop ins for either horses or dogs. Thank you to you all for keeping me busy.
Looking forward to seeing what June brings. 🐶🐴🚶‍♀️

Due to circumstances beyond our control we have had 2 holiday cover cancellations within the last week which were last minute… (we had been asked to do another but put our regular clients first)
So we are sorry to say that any holiday cover that is booked needs to pay a 50% deposit upfront to secure as we can’t afford to be let down last minute.
Many thanks guys and we know “we” all have worries etc but we can’t survive with no income!

It’s been another fabulous week for Kt Equestrian. This week we have had the joy of bringing this beautiful boy back into work for his owner and his buddy has enjoyed some hacking. We have also been tackling lots of ragwort and seedlings 🌱 for you guys.

It’s been a busy week for KT Equestrian & Pet Services it’s been a jumper off then back on ten minutes later kind of week but It’s been lovely seeing our regular horses 🐴 and dogs 🐶 and we have welcomed a few new ones too.

We have done some riding, dog walking, poo picking, ragwort picking, clipping, platting and even some gardening 👩‍🌾.

Let’s see what the next week brings. We do have some availability on some afternoons for any jobs that you might like doing so please don’t hesitate to get in contact.

Our very own Duke, 39 years old this year!
Freshly clipped this am
With a mane and tail pull followed by a nice hot rag with lavender oil.

Duke has cushings and he is maintained without medication, we tried meds a few years ago but he became depressed and stopped eating, so he is now managed with a good diet and regular clips to stop the itch!

I think you can all ageee he looks amazing 👌❤️
