Hi everyone! I hope you're all doing well. 🐾
I just wanted to kindly remind everyone about the importance of sticking to scheduled drop-off and pick-up times.
Lately, I’ve had quite a few early and late arrivals, and while I completely understand that life gets busy, this can really disrupt my day. Even being just 5–10 minutes early or late can affect things like taking a quick toilet break or grabbing a bite to eat — both of which are essential during a busy day of grooming.
Early arrivals:
If you’re running early, please send me a quick message first. I’ll always try my best to accommodate, but if I’m on a break or handling a reactive dog, I may need to ask you to wait or come back at your booked time.
Late collections:
This has become a bigger issue recently, with some dogs being collected up to an hour late — even after follow-up messages. Please remember, I’m not a daycare. If you have other commitments like school pickups or meetings, please book your appointment at a time that works around those. I do offer early morning slots and occasional Saturdays to help with scheduling.
Going forward, if a dog is collected more than 30 minutes late without prior notice, a late fee will apply. This isn’t about being strict — it’s just to help keep things running smoothly and ensure all dogs are safe, and that I get a proper break during the day.
Thank you so much for your understanding and support 💛
I appreciate you all!
