Another year completed. We haven’t quite done as we intended this year as Cracker is still living with me. I am determined for him to find his own family in the coming months. He deserves it so very much. It also means I can buy another one and try again.

Lovely to be back on Cracker after a small hiatus due a cut on his face needing stitches. He was so relaxed during this ride. He has definitely grown up in the last few months and I am very excited for his future. Now let’s get back out competing…

I have been a bit quiet on this page as it’s become busy at work. I have also been focusing more on the TikTok too ( if you wanna give it a follow.

Cracker has been super and continues to surprise me every single day. We have done lots of different things in the last 2 months.

We have been having some lessons with an amazing instructor. It’s helped us both gain some relaxation in the school and work better.

We have continued to go cantering in the fields. Something that Cracker found highly exciting. Since his holiday he has settled down and canters beautifully in an open space.

We ventured out to the Badminton Fun Ride with some friends, where Cracker proved he can be sensible in a group. He jumped some decent fences and had a great time.

I clipped Cracker too. He stood so patient and even let me clip up by his ears. Something that was a bit of a challenge to do last year. Small wins..

It’s been a quiet 2 weeks as Cracker cut his head in the stable and required some stitches. They are coming out on Friday so ridden work will commence this weekend. We’ve both been missing having some fun!!

* Been out to shows and arena hires
* Been XC schooling
* Has been on a fun ride
* Good to clip and handle on ground

If you are looking for a fun horse to have and get cracking with then Cracker is the one for you! You could go out competing tomorrow and come away with rosettes. Would be a great eventing prospect for next year. He would also be great fun out hunting or team chasing. There really isn’t something Cracker wouldn’t do.

Will not suit a nervous or incompetent rider due to his age and stage of retraining.

70cm clear round at Moores Farm from Thursday evening. He jumped class and tried his hardest. Such a great attitude 🫶🏻💗🏇

First ever show outing completed. We did a combined training at Tumpy Green. 70cm showjumps and an intro 4 dressage test with 59%. So proud of how he handled himself all day, it was very exciting but he was great 🫶🏻💗🏇

First ride after Crackers holiday. Kept it short and simple because he’s been so good at to bring back in and I didn’t want to over complicate things. The session did end with a lovely trot! Looking forward to getting out and about on this boy 💗✨🏇
