At the end of a chicken's life on-farm, most are grabbed by the legs and carried upside down before being crated and transported to a slaughterhouse. In addition to the pain and discomfort this causes to their legs, due to their anatomy, it can make them feel like they're suffocating.

Today, we're standing with The Animal Law Foundation in the Royal Courts of Justice, providing our scientific expertise to show that this is inhumane and that legislation was changed unlawfully to allow it. Only alternatives such as upright catching should be used, and we hope the Courts will see sense.

My child just doesn't want to be here anymore, every day I wake up wondering if today is the day he doesn't. Today I find out we are getting closer to this reality. How can a charity be allowed to get away with this. Knowing full well where my child's was they tried stealing his mother away from him too by trying hard to put me in prison even though I didn't stamp on chickens heads like their people did!!. Everyday he fears the RSPCA coming back for his other animals and that his mother may be put away for a section 9. If my son doesn't make it RSPCA, BLOOD IS ON YOUR HANDS!

This level of corruption has to stop, solicitors need to stop being greedy and intimidated by the RSPCA. To leave a family without any legal help is disgusting but not as disgusting as the RSPCA.

RSPCA cases must be done with juries only because refusing to look at real evidence is influencing the outcome

RSPCA must only be allowed on property with police so they can't tip out water and stop mucking out continuing

Forensic vets must be automatically given to the defence and they must be a hidden witness so RSPCA CANNOT influence the outcome.

We are now in an era where animals aren't below us, nor equal but trump human rights! To want to wipe out an entire family including children for a section 9 offence is vile!! To wipe an entire family out for a made up section 9 offence with fake photos is un- forgiveable. DISSOLVE THE FALLEN RSPCA NOW!
