PSA! 🌞☀️Summer months/hot weather!☀️🌞
Hello everyone!

Isn’t it glorious that we’re getting better weather for your puppers to run around in!

I thought I’d take the opportunity to reiterate our policy on what happens when the weather becomes too hot to handle for our pets!

1. In the event we are experiencing hot weather, our policy is if the temperature goes above 22 degrees and the sun is blazing, walks may be cut short to protect your pups and prevent heat stroke! 🥵 🐶 in hotter months, we bring water with us to keep everyone well hydrated and try to take regular shade breaks!

2. If the temperature hits 25 degrees or above it is NOT SAFE for your dog to be out for long periods of time. While we don’t want your dogs to miss out on a run, their health and safety is our top priority. It could be a case we just let them out quickly to go to the toilet or if the pavement is too hot for them to walk on, it will be extremely limited! We don’t want any burnt paws!

3. In very hot weather, while our car has Air conditioning, we want to limit the time spent in one so walks may be kept local to your dogs area to spare them a toasty car journey!

It’s with a very heavy heart we announce the sudden passing of one of our pack, Mabel. 💔🌈🐾

Mabel joined us in May 2024 along with her sister Maisy. When I first met her she was incredibly nervous and very reluctant to leave her beloved mummy.

But over time, she started to slowly trust me and eventually was barking and bouncing to get out for a wee walk! She loved darting about to have a wee zoomie and looked forward to a treat when home.

Our thoughts go out to her loving family at this difficult time. We’re here if you need anything at all.

A very Happy New Year to you all! Another wee reminder we are back to normal from Monday the 5th of January and that we are taking on more puppy pals!

Our prices are as follows

1 hour group walk Monday-Friday-£13

Solo 1 hour walk (space and time permitting)-£18

Weekend walk (1 hour subject to availability)-£20

Guy fawkes night…🎆🎇

A night a lot of pet owners dread…a lot of animals hate fireworks with a fiery passion and end up scared, anxious or even unwell as a result.

If your pet is frightened of fireworks there are a few things that you can do at home to try help.

1. Draw your curtains and blinds. Out of sight, out of mind 🙈

2. Don’t walk them after the sun goes down, if they get spooked and run off they could be seriously hurt. 🌅

3. Turn up your tv or put on Classic for pets. Classical music has been known to have a calming effect on our pets. Classic FM do a special program for bonfire night. 🎶

4. Consult your vet to see if any medical help can be provided if your pet is unbearably anxious. 💊

And above all, stay safe and look out for your fur babies! ❤️❤️
