Although I don’t dog walk any more I still feel connected to those dogs I was lucky enough to walk.

Sadly Auggie lost his fight yesterday after an illness over Christmas. Taken far too soon, he was such a brilliant character and a loving soul. He and Sandy had a close bond when they were out together. I am devastated for his family and he will leave a huge hole in their hearts. Sleep tight Auggie, you will be greatly missed 💔💔🌈🌈

Handsome old Oscar passed over rainbow bridge 🌈 last week 💔 Always so full off life and not knowing how old he was. He loved puddles and getting muddy and was never sorry for it 😆 He’s the last of my golden oldies to go to doggy heaven- I’m sure Buddy and Roy have been waiting for him ♥️

Heidi made it out on her first group walk today and loved it!!
Wee Arnie pug has been back out on a couple of walks and has been loving it!!
Everyone else was wild today!! Auggie is a wee Casanova and had some sort of wee romance going on today with Ellie 😂

Professional dog walkers

Professional dog walkers must follow the physical distancing and good hygiene guidelines, including:

staying 2m away from pet owners at pick up and drop off
regular handwashing
If walking dogs in a group:

do not include any dogs from self-isolating households or belonging to a person at increased medical risk – these animals should be walked separately
keep all dogs in the group on a lead if necessary to avoid contact with other people and any dogs not in the walking group.

dogs may be allowed off lead in quiet or remote areas where contact with other people or dogs not in the walking group is unlikely

make your clients aware of this, so they can decide whether they want their dog to be walked separately or as part of the group
