‼️important notice‼️
We absolutely love what we do and want every dog to leave our salon happy, comfortable, and looking their best. To make this possible, we kindly remind all clients of our salon policies:
⏰ Lateness
If you are more than 15 minutes late, we simply don’t have enough time to safely and properly groom your dog. In this case, your appointment will need to be rescheduled and the full fee will still apply.
🧶 Matting
Matted coats are very uncomfortable and sometimes painful for dogs. For welfare reasons, we do not brush out matting as this causes unnecessary pain and stress. In these cases, the coat will be clipped short to give your dog comfort and a fresh start. Remember: Humanity over vanity, always.
🚫 Cancellations & No Shows
Our cancellation policy is 48 hours’ notice. If less than this is given, the full cost of the appointment will be charged.
If you miss an appointment without notice, you will not be able to book back in until the missed appointment fee has been paid in full.
✨ Why This Matters
Our schedule is carefully planned to ensure each dog has the time, care and attention they deserve. Lateness, cancellations and no-shows disrupt the whole day, and matting adds extra stress to your dog’s groom. By working together, we can keep the salon running smoothly and, most importantly, keep your dogs happy and comfortable.
