This is awful! ❤️‍🩹🥺

🚨 A frightened pup was found abandoned with his belongings near Almondvale Stadium, Livingston on Saturday 10 May.

He was in a vulnerable state, both physically and emotionally. Our Animal Rescue Officer managed to gain his trust and transported him to the care of one of our Animal Rescue and Rehoming Centres.

Very exciting!

🌟 Exciting News for Torrance! 🌟

We’re thrilled to let you know that we’ve taken a major step forward in bringing a Village Farmers Market to life! 🎉

After a lot of hard work and determination, we’ve now secured permission to hold the market on the Village Square at the Cenotaph in the heart of the village. This has been a long road, but we’re delighted to have reached this important milestone.

In total we have been given permission to have a market of up to 25 stalls. Firstly, with a focus on all the wonderful local produce of the farms and producers surrounding Torrance, and then a bit wider afield.

Steps have been taken to respect the monument. We have also made plans to minimise the disruption to the main village by the way of traffic management and parking.

We are hoping to hold the first Torrance Farmers Market within the next 3 months
