☕ A huge thank you to Tristan from The JustInCoffee Group for representing our Myco Mushroom Coffee launch and stepping behind the bar at Friday night’s event!

Tristan jumped straight in as Barista for the evening – and we honestly couldn’t have managed the crowds without him! It was a pleasure to have him behind the counter, sharing his knowledge, good humour, and barista skills with our customers.
We’re absolutely thrilled that so many of you loved the coffee – and this is only the beginning. We’re proud to be working in partnership the JustInCoffee Group to bring innovative, sustainable, and great-tasting coffee to Gillingham. Their support, expertise, and belief in small independent businesses like ours means a lot.
