Louisa Kierman: The Canine Companion I accept payment by cash & bank transfer. Details will be provided once a booking/s have been confirmed. (The fee is 50% of the total invoice value.)

For block bookings and house sitting, please note that a non refundable reservation fee will be required at time of booking in order to secure your dat

e/s. Once payment has been received, your dates are secured and non refundable. The remainder of the balance is payable on the first day that the booking commences. The cancellation policy and fees for walks/pop ins etc are as follows:
Cancellations received or missed bookings 24 hours or less prior to the appointment = 100% of the service fee due. Cancellations must be made in writing by email, text or via my page. I kindly request, where possible, that a minimum of 2 days notice is given should you wish to alter or cancel your dog walk. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. :)

Right! Vent alert 🚨 😂
I’m fed up with buying “waterproof” boots and coats only to discover that they are “not” waterproof. I spend a lot - ok a fortune , on quality brands like Scarpa, Helle Hanson, Reincoat -most recently, only to discover after our beautiful weather, that they do not do what they say! Result is not only a soggy doggy but a soggy ( and fed up) dog walker!!
Reincoat replaced my first ( excellent customer service btw) and sent me a second, only to experience the same issue with the sleeves soaking up the water this week. Scarpa replaced a pair of leather boots, I bought another pair of goretex only to be soaked after an hour - what the hec?!!
If anyone can PLEASE help me (in recommending actual waterproof clothing that WORKS), my skin and my bank balance to stay dry I’d so appreciate it 😩🙏

After the rain comes more wind- ear flaps ahoy lol 😂 oh and don’t be fooled , Barney didn’t stay calm at the Poodle, all hell broke loose after filming ceased despite the praise and treats - he’s all for the camera lol 😂 🙈😅 According to my iWatch, I was in a LOUD environment 😂😂
