We absolutely adore animals, their well-being is a priority, and we believe that there is nothing more rewarding than making the world a better place for all of them.

That's why we are overjoyed to share that we are proudly using local eggs from blissfully happy hens! (Verified information!!)
What sets these eggs apart? These hens are treated like royalty, with the freedom to roam and live their lives to the fullest.
And when they reach the end of their egg-laying years, they are lovingly rehomed to enjoy their well-deserved retirement.
No harm or cruelty is done to them just because they have stopped laying as many eggs.

It's truly a win-win situation that warms our hearts. ❤️

Makowiec🍪 - Poppy seed cake
Makowiec is the Polish name for poppy seed roll, a traditional cake where poppy seed, honey, dried fruits and nuts paste are placed between layers of dough.

Cheese cake🥮 - Traditional Polish cheesecake is made using Polish ‘twarog’ cheese (also called ‘bialy ser’ in Poland), or ‘curd cheese’. It’s a little denser than classic baked cheesecake (made with cream cheese) though still creamy and delicious.

Lemon Babka 🍰-
— Polish Babka is a cross between enriched bread and a cake, that is typically made with lemon icing dripping down the sides!

Mazurek -This irresistible sheet cake is traditionally baked in Poland to celebrate Easter. This flat polish cake constitutes three basic layers – a fluffy and crunchy pastry base, one or more filling, and a heavily decorated top.
Traditionally served with carefully crafted decorations with a lot of dried fruits and nuts. 🍓🥜🫐🍫

Szarlotka - This Polish apple cake is packed full of delicious, juicy apples and comes with a crispy crumb topping. Szarlotka is made with pastry base, which is always some type of shortcrust pastry. 🍎🍏🍎🍏🍎🍏
