FLASHING COLLARS: A WARNING. As the evenings get longer and darker for many of us, just a warning for those using illuminated dog collars never to put them on FLASHING mode. As on a sensory level this can not only be incredibly stressful and unpleasant for many collies, but may even trigger epilepsy in more susceptible dogs. So always put them on STILL mode instead, when you take them out for those darker walks. Or use other means to make your dog more visible.

As it's 'National Pet Day' I thought I'd introduce you to my boys! 🐾🐾

Logan is my very handsome 4 yr old Border Collie and Chester is my equally gorgeous nearly 9 yr old Cavalier King Charles Spaniel 💙💙

Some of you may have seen them in your feedback pics as sometimes they join us on our walkies adventures 😁🏞️☀️

Both dogs compete in agility and my son and Chester qualified and ran together at Crufts in 2020 finishing 2nd place overall🥈😁

We rarely leave the house without our wonderful woofers as they really are part of our family 🐾💙🐾💙

It was truly lovely to see the dogs today after my (unintentionally extended by covid) Christmas holiday. Lots of doggy kisses and cuddles, and of course waggy tails, greeted me and even the drizzly weather didn't dampen our fun! It certainly made me feel very loved and appreciated, and is just one of the reasons why I love my job! 😊❤🐾

🐾We had a great time in Mells yesterday with the all girls Wednesday club! 😀❤️

It's been a great week back! (bar a run in for me with an angry wasp 😫🐝)

Lots of doggy happiness - playing, running, splashing, swimming, woofing, sniffing and cuddles! 🐾😀❤️

Today is National Dog Day! 🐶🐾
Although we are currently locked up in isolation (covid caught up with us 😩) I am thinking of all of the wonderful doggies I am lucky enough to walk, missing them all and can't wait to see them again to go on some extra special back to work walks! 😀 🐾
Meanwhile, I am being looked after by my two fantastic boys. Here we are on our holiday last week (sadly cut short by covid 😔)
