I just knew something was about to kick off soon, this otherwise peaceful afternoon! It often does when one of these studs has had a trip to the females!

I will post it here before possibly venturing further afield but in pursuit of my research on llamas I ammassed a lot of material, much of it I believe to be unique within Europe. This includes runs of Llamas, Llama Life, Llama Banner, etc. from N. America. With the help of several individuals I managed to put together complete runs of all the UK magazines (and some others), some in digital format after scanning them. I even compiled an Excel based collective subject index to the more sustantive periodicals. I want them all to be made available for serious scholars of llamas and so offered them (free of charge) to several UK university libraries (in turn) supporting veterinary schools. None expressed an interest. Even the University of Reading with its collection of many breed society papers, etc. considred it outside their scope, given financial pressures. I feel it would be sacreligious to bin them but by the same token I do not want them to end up in private hands with no guarantees of them being made available to serious individuals. If anyone has suggestions I might explore or useful contacts please pm me. Thanks.
