Thank you all for your kindness and support over the years and obviously for 2025. Working on my own means that I know every single one of my customers and their owners. All of you are a joy to talk to and a joy to catch up with. I had a great year starting open water swimming ( and got hooked) followed by two carpal tunnel operations then tripping over a cable and breaking my shoulder. You all stuck with me, waited patiently and gave me the time to recover. I am feeling very blessed and grateful to have customers like you all.
So.... I am wishing you all and your families the most amazing 2026. Heath, happiness, love, kindness, new friendships and if you are very lucky, even a lottery win 😘😘

I have sadly lost some of my very old friends due to age and illness recently. So I have some very limited spaces available to accept new customers. As all my customers know, I work one to one only. No cages. I need it to be a pleasant and peaceful experience for your dog and me as well. Unfortunately I can't groom large dogs anymore. I will rank recommendations from my customers first as I trust my existing customers fully. Please message me rather than call as I am busy and find it don't answer a call when I am working X

Had my carpal tunnel procedure last Thursday. It was much easier than expected. My wrist is healing incredibly well. Thought I would give you all an update. Won't pretend it was pleasant but I am on my way to a pain free future. So, the 2 weeks I was given looking very promising. Thank you all for the cards and messages xx

A little heads up. I have been extremely lucky to have been booked in for my carpal tunnel procedure (2x) as fast as I have. It started in 2022. It has unfortunately become unmanageable recently. The initial time for surgery was 56 weeks. I have no idea how I managed to get it down to 2/3 weeks. I was very surprised to get such good dates. It means I will be unable to work for two weeks 2x (2 hands). I didn't post this as I had to give myself time to rearrange the appointments already booked. I will not be able to work between the 18th of June and the 3rd of July and then around the 21st of July till the 4th of August.
All existing appointments will be rescheduled first. I am so very sorry about this.

Not going into figures or sums but.... Over the last 6 months I have lost a lot of income from missed appointments.
I have always tried to keep my charge as low as possible. Treating my existing customers as well as possible and refusing new customers to accommodate the existing as I appreciate my existing customers. My last price increase was in 2023. My phone is 24/7.
When I finish work I have to do admin. Like booking people in and rescheduling appointments. Over the last year more and more customers forgot their appointment. This means that I can't replace the slot with another customer. Meaning that I don't earn in the missed time. I have a huge waiting list of people trying to get on my books but I tried to remain loyal. Last week alone I lost income of 6 missed appointments . I am self employed. I don't get holiday pay or sick pay.
I have seriously considered packing it in and finding another job. Then I remembered my loyal and trustworthy customers.
So my price has gone up due to cost in April. Most of you know already.
I have taken on new customers and replaced them with customers that hopefully won't mess me around. And whilst I have full compassion and full understanding that sometimes it can't be helped, some just have
very little understanding how much this impacts my business, my life and me.
So sorry about this post but it needs to be clear that I loose my income if my customers forget their appointment. I hope you all understand.
