Literally every week something new arrives in the shop and this week it was courtesy of Durham Animal Feeds!

"KEVIN" (if you know, you know🤣)

Is 13 TODAY 😱

Because of a series of unforeseen events "Kevin" was raised in the shop since he was 4 weeks old until he was about 2 years old as you can see from the photos 🥰.

These days we have to drag him in more by force 🤣🤣 as he has much cooler things to do than spend time with his parents, let alone having to work 🙄🙄.

To celebrate him officially becoming the teenager he has acted like for some time!! At 13.00 (1p.m) today we will get the discount wheel out for an hour!!

So enjoy a discount on "Kevin"!! 🎂🎈🎉

Sorry for the slightly grumpy post 🫩 about to follow.....

We always pride ourselves in being flexible with our payment methods💰💷. We take card payments, including American Express. We take payments over the phone. We take bank transfer payments and we take CASH. We always jest that as a business we aren't rich enough to start declining forms of payment 🤣.

HOWEVER .....last week in our banking we had a fake £20 note 😢😤😫. I am now aware of at least 3 other fake notes that Framlingham traders have recieved 😯.

So PLEASE be patient with all our staff, and PLEASE don't take it personally that all notes given to staff will now have to be carefully checked before being accepted 🧐.

In this economic climate, while our outgoings continue to rise loosing £20 is equivalent to loosing £60 - £80 in takings to make it back up and that is not something we can sustain or overlook..

So please bear with us, while we remain committed to accepting all payments.

So today a thing happened!!!......

We are constantly striving to progress our business and help it continue to grow. Especially in this economic climate it is super important that the business is the best it can be! 🏅

Today's expansion to the business was a second WALK IN FREEZER 🙌🙌!!!

At 7am this morning Mike unloaded the panels off the lorry and by 11am the incredible team sent by Cold Room Rental had the job done. 💪💪

To say i am excited is a massive understatement!! 😆😆

Starting next week more brands of RAW and FRESH FROZEN foods will start arriving and I will update you further.

But for now here's to providing even more super high quality nutrition to keep your dogs (and cats......and ferrets!!) HAPPY AND HEALTHY for as long as possible ❤️
