Calling all animal care students!
Are you a student doing an animal care course and need a work placement working with animals? Or are you still at school/home ed and want to work with animals (and you’re 15yrs+)?
If so we may be for you!
We regularly take on students from Suffolk Rural and West Suffolk College and from September we have some spaces opening up for students to come and join our team at our private mobile zoo just outside Framlingham, Suffolk!
Our Animal World is an educational and therapeutic mobile zoo. We also have many rescues here too.
Your placement will include the daily care of our nearly 70 species of animal including various snakes, lizards, tortoises, various birds, small mammals (such as chinchillas, degus and guinea pigs) and a variety of invertebrates such as millipedes, stick insects and more at our private mobile zoo facilities which is not open to the public.
You may also have the opportunity to attend events with us. We go to a variety of events such as schools, nurseries, care homes plus we often attend parties and large events including Suffolk Show!
If you are attending Suffolk Rural college we also do a collection from the college in the mornings and drop off in the evenings.
