Paws Up The Sidlaws Paws Up The Sidlaws is a unique dog hiking service that gives dogs the chance to get great exercise and stimulation in a great environment.

This service is suitable for dogs who need that little bit extra. The walk is two hours long covering around 6.5 to 7.5 kilometres, ideal for a once or twice a week big walk for your dog. Places are also available for dogs to come on an ad-hoc basis whether it be once a fortnight or once a month. I am insured, have completed canine first aid courses and hold a Professional Dog Walking Diploma. I t

ake a maximum of 5 dogs on a walk but prefer a group of 4 so it is easier for me to keep an eye on the dogs. I think this creates a safer more controlled experience for dogs. I cover Forfar and Dundee, the hike starts around 8.30 lasting two hours so with travel time involved your dog will be with me for 3 - 4 hours.

Our Story

Paws Up The Sidlaws is a unique dog hiking service that gives dogs the chance to get great exercise and stimulation in a great environment. I have enjoyed the Sidlaw hills for many years with my dogs and look forward to sharing this experience with your dogs. I have recently completed a professional dog walking diploma that covers canine anatomy, first aid, canine body language, aggressive behaviour, animal welfare and much more. As well as this I have also completed a first aid course separately as I feel just having a love of dogs and being a dog owner is not enough alone to give clients peace of mind as to how their pet will be treated. I am also a Dundee City council approved dog walker. I have the relevant insurances for my business and these will be shown to all my clients. Dogs will be transported in cages that are suitable for their individual size and will be able to be monitored at all times during transport. All walks are tracked with maps, times and photos provided for each walk.

Am 2 hour hike ( Monday-Friday) covering Forfar and Dundee - £15

Pm 2 hour hike (Wednesday & Friday) Forfar - £15

Pm 1 hour walk (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday) Forfar - £10
