This spring is the perfect time to introduce someone new to angling! The Take a Friend Fishing campaign runs from 3rd April to 19th April 2026, giving anglers the chance to bring someone along to experience the enjoyment of fishing.

If you already have a fishing licence, you can register for a FREE one-day fishing licence for a friend through the campaign. It’s a brilliant way to get someone into fishing, spend time outdoors, and enjoy the peace and relaxation that being by the water brings.
