UPDATE! WE HAVE A NEW VENUE! ⭐️

We have some devastating news. With just over a week to go until our annual fun dog show, Barking Mad (26th April!), we've been left without a venue. We are now in a race against time to find a replacement.

This isn't just about an event - Barking Mad is one of our biggest fundraisers of the year. The money raised goes directly towards keeping our doors open and giving every dog in our care the love and support they deserve. Without it, we stand to lose thousands of pounds that we simply cannot afford to lose.

Here's what we need:
📍 A venue with generous outdoor space
🚗 Ample parking for up to 2,000 visitors
🛍️ Room for 30+ stalls and a full day of fun activities

We have 40 dedicated volunteers ready to go, 30 stalls booked and a community of dog lovers chomping at the bit to come together for a brilliant day out. We just need somewhere to host it. 🐾

⚠️An urgent warning has been issued to dog owners after a confirmed case of a killer disease in Wales. A leading animal charity has warned that some dogs die within days of first showing symptoms after becoming infected.

The disease has been identified in the Cwmbran area in south Wales.
