💦🐾 Keeping cool in the heatwave! 🐾💦

With the temperatures so high, it’s all about finding safe ways to keep busy without overheating. So today, Tiggy and Buddy had a little enrichment activity instead of a walk.

I filled a couple of bowls with a little water, chopped carrot and cucumber, and let them have fun fishing the pieces out. 🥕🥒💧

Not only did they absolutely love bobbing for their treats, but it’s also a great way to encourage hydration, keep their minds active, and enjoy a healthy snack at the same time.

Buddy was definitely the speedier one… poor Tiggy had to work a bit harder! 😂🐶❤️

I’ll definitely be trying a few more fun enrichment ideas over the next few days while this heatwave continues. Keeping dogs safe, cool, happy and entertained is always the priority. ☀️🐾

Tiggy, Buddy and me wearing our Earth Bands. 🐾❤️🐾

I couldn’t resist getting a few photos of us all wearing our Grounded Earth Bands mine on my wrist and theirs on their collars. 🥰

Grounding is all about reconnecting with the Earth’s natural energy. I personally find wearing my Earth Band helps me feel calmer and more balanced, especially with the busy days I have. 😃

I’ve been wearing mine for nearly a year now after Tiggy and Buddy’s lovely owners kindly gave it to me as a gift. They run the company, and they asked if I’d like to give one a try.🥰

Since wearing it, I personally feel it’s helped me with fewer headaches, less joint pain and less anxiety. ❤️

The best part is they now make Earth Bands for dogs too, so Tiggy and Buddy wear theirs on their collars. Whether it’s the bands, being outdoors, or simply their beautiful, calm nature, these two are always so relaxed, and I absolutely love spending time with them. 🐾🥰

Back this morning with these two gorgeous faces, Tiggy and Buddy. 🥰

I arrived at 8am to the best welcome ever! It’s been a little while since I’ve seen them, so it was lovely to see just how excited they were when I walked through the door.😄❤️

I absolutely love my sleepovers with these two, and I feel so lucky to be spending over a week with them. We’ve got lots of cuddles, playtime, early morning and evening walks while the weather stays warm, and plenty of relaxing together watching movies. 💕

I can’t wait to make lots more happy memories with Tiggy and Buddy over the next few days. 🐾❤️

A lovely evening pop-in with these three gorgeous girls last night Lilly ,Bracken and Boo. 🐾❤️

After lots of cuddles and a little playtime, I gave them their dinner and medication 😊I always like to spend some quality time with them, giving them company and making sure they’re happy and content while their owner is out.🥰

Bracken and Boo are getting on a bit now, so we kept things nice and relaxed, but I made sure Lilly had a good game of ball to burn off some of her energy!🤣

It’s always a pleasure looking after these three. I’ve cared for them lots over the years, and I’m really looking forward to spending a whole week with them in just a few weeks’ time. 🐾❤️🐾
