There is currently a scam whereby the scammers set up a website in the name of another business, people order and pay for a delivery that never arrives.
We do not sell online and do not have a website. If you see one, it is fake. In this scenario, the customer loses their money, the business loses their reputation and the scammer gets the cash.
If we ever set up a website we will inform you all on this page. Another Dorset pet shop sadly had this happen to them.

Edited to say: the order has just arrived and they have sent the wrong sizes! They will be in Tuesday earliest now. Sorry about that.
We are currently out of stock of the Perfect Fit 40mm Medium front piece. Hopefully, they will be here tomorrow or Monday at the latest. This only affects large dogs. For all other breeds, we are well-stocked.
