Winter is coming, and days are getting shorter, meaning it may be getting trickier to fit in a good walk with your dog during daylight hours. This is where we can help!

Emily’s Sterling Canines provides dog walking services either individually or in small groups.
We are taking new clients and offer a free Meet & Greet so that we can meet and discuss your individual requirements.

I have worked with a number of dogs who are nervous, anxious, or 'reactive' in certain situations.
All dogs deserve to feel safe on walks and when being looked after by someone that isn’t their principal caregiver, so my aim is to build a relationship with the dogs and families that I work with, built on trust & communication.
If your dog is uncomfortable around other dogs then they would have individual walks somewhere that they wouldn’t come across many other dogs. Using a private field is also an option.

One of the benefits of having someone stay in your home to look after your nervous dog is that they remain in a familiar environment.
Meet & Greets are compulsory for all new clients, but they can also be a great tool for helping your dog to get to know me before we start to work together. In the case of nervous dogs, then you can organise as many Meet & Greets as you need to allow your dog to feel at ease.
