OUR Unique Selling Point,
is that we offer a one to one service for every dog.
You and your dog are welcomed by Mary or Zara a mother and daughter little team.

At every visit, we like to check in with our customer to assess their requirement for your dogs groom. And check in that the dog has no health or behavioral concerns.

Your dog is not in a queue waiting for their groom.
Your dog receives one to one attention from the moment they arrive, and throughout their time with us.
We have a lot of experience working with dogs who are challenging.
This is normally due to your dog being nervous.

We make it clear, that dog owners are not permitted to be in the building during their groom.
This is because when you are there, we don't have your dogs full attention.
They naturally want to be with you.

Many dogs on arrival might show a lot of reluctance to come in, making you anxious and worried that they are scared and nervous.
But in all honesty, 99 times out of 100, the moment you leave, they are wagging their tails and follow us through to the salon to begin their groom.
FYI Zara, each time the little fur babies do this it reminds me of you going to nursery ha ha.

OUR GROOMING PRICE LIST
These prices are based on your dogs coat being in good condition.
and may Vary should your groomer require assistance due to your dogs behaviour concerns.
There are additional costs for matted coats.
This cost is dependant in how matted the coat is.
This will be agreed on the day or at a pre consultation,
