can I kindly ask all customers , if you are early for your appointment please can you wait in your car or if you have walked to come on time or wait behind gate.

Some dogs get so excited to see owners pull up and other people arrive and wait at the doors it’s hard for me to finish my job. Please be mindful.

Plus it shortens the time for me to finish the other dog and get cleaned up ready for yours. 🫶🏻❤️

Also if your paying through bank, can you please make sure all dogs are paid before collection. and not rushing off and say I’ll pay you later.

I hate having to message for money owed✅

Lastly, my system reminds you of appointments please if your going to cancel full payment will be required if cancelled on the day 😩so please try and avoid this. when you cancel , I don’t get paid and I cannot fill your slot.
