The build is in full swing and the team’s flying. Energy is high, coffee has been had and The AI Summit Series London 2025 is taking shape at one of our favourite venues .

From registration desks and exhibitor spaces to wayfinding and networking zones, the pieces are coming together fast as we take on Day 2. The buzz is building, and we’re right where we love to be - on the ground, turning big ‘what if’ ideas into bold reality.

We’re proud to be delivering a full show service for Informa Connect bringing future-forward creativity to every corner of this standout event.

We’re excited to be part of the launch of , which was announced in the media yesterday.

This is a global collaboration across the events industry that celebrates and encourages the use of reusable stand builds - something here at Tecna, we are pretty good at!

Not just that, we’ve been one of the organisations piloting and shaping so we couldn’t be more excited to see it now living and breathing at 400+ events, across 37 countries. Over 50,000 stands having been assessed so far.

is now open to everyone across the industry to use and we couldn’t recommend it more, so head to betterstands.org for more details and find out how you can get involved.

We are super proud to have played a role in this initiative - starting from our Head of Sales, Andrew Hickinbotham, contributing as part of the pilot setup group, to its implementation for our clients as standard by our design team.

This Volunteers’ Week 💁 💁‍♀️ 💁‍♂️ , we’re taking a moment to celebrate the power of giving back.

From lending a hand with Community Matters Partnership (CMP) volunteering days and One Day at Christmas, to donating goods to causes that need them most, such as the Frimhurst Family Centre - supporting our local communities is something we’re proud to champion, where we love seeing everyone across the company get involved.

Bright colours, bold branding and a stand that delivered exactly what OX Tools UK set out to achieve at NMBS Exhibition - maximum impact and meaningful interaction.

With product displays, live demos and a breathable, open layout, the space was designed to do it all. Overhead gantries gave the brand room to shine without closing off the visitor flow, and a hanging banner made them unmissable from across the hall.
