Temp guest for a week while her owner (Darren) is off snow boarding. She's tank defensive so we've been working on that this week, spending time inside her tank moving things and just generally reassuring her that we're the same person that she likes to climb all over when she's eventually out her vivarium. Still more work to go but as you can see once she's out she's a sweetheart. She's also a very stunning boa the salmon pinks are lovely.

We would like to welcome David to the team he's here on work experience (we're hoping he stays after). Here's a little bit about him,

Hi I am a 21yr old uni student studying a BSC in zoology at the University of Exeter. For college I did three years worth of btecs in animal management. I also worked in a couple of pet shops for work experience before. I've written a book "nature's unknowns" that's available on amazon. I am also a keeper and breeder of madagascan hissing cockroaches.

Herpxotic homeostatic incubator bought for incubating reptile eggs but can be used to incubate most animal eggs. Save yourself 50 quid on the retail price grab a bargain. No longer needed as we need something bigger.
It's brand new and boxed only ever been plugged in to test which is when we realised it wasn't big enough for our needs.

Blown away by the talented Lewis firth photography. Lewis has spent 2 days with us for his uni dissertation and he's definitely smashed the photos that's for sure. Hope you get top marks m8 you deserve it.
