Doggy owners.....most of you will hopefully be aware that as of 6th April this year it is a legal requirement to have your dog microchipped. Failure to do so can lead to the owner being prosecuted. I have had quite a lot of calls enquiring about this - this is not a service that I offer. If your dog needs to be chipped there are a few options - contact your vet (which you should be registered with - if not why not?) or alternatively visit Pets at Home who also offer this service. Dogs Trust are also offering free microchipping on various 'open' days but be prepared to wait in a long queue! Check their website for more details 😊

Customers - looking at my diary and noticing it's all getting a bit crazy mental. I'm more or less fully booked up until may with the exception of the wee odd appt still available in april. I'm trying my hardest not to work Sundays (apart from the odd wee special clients - you know who you are) to cover for contingencies (and I need a day to catch up on other stuff) I think I have most peeps covered but if you're not sure if you're booked in send me a wee message to double check. Ok I'm getting lots of calls from peeps looking to get their dogs groomed for Christmas. I'm afraid I'm fully booked and physically have no space to squeeze anyone else in. If you're looking for a mobile grooming service then give Doggystyle-grooming a call - George has a mobile grooming van like mine - and he has spaces before Christmas! :-)

What a difference a day makes! After the heartache of my lovely big gent Darcy being put to sleep I met the most beautiful wee Lhasa Apso today. His name is Rocky and when he was a pup he nearly ended up dumped in the river because his 'socks' weren't symmetrical so he was no good to the breeder because she couldn't show him. I know exactly where I would be dumping her if I met her!! And he is such a great wee guy - perfect nature. Thanks Rocky for my bonding sess with you today xx
