After grooming a few grumpy cats lately, it was nice to give my 2 kitties a well needed bath, blow dry and de-shed 🧼 🐾

Its important to start introducing grooming to kittens/cats as soon as possible to get them used to grooming tools and being handled

🐾 Reguarly touching their paws helps with easy nail trimming

🐈Regular belly strokes when they're relaxed can help with grooming underneath them

✂️Regular grooming and handling can help them to be more comfortable with it when they're older

It isnt always easy cat grooming because some cats can be grumpy

Some cats struggle to be groomed at home just because they dislike it. In the video you can see maze showing me warning signs such as hissing, wagging her tail and she was grumbling lots

I only use holistic methods for cat grooming as I don't believe in being rough or forceful. If the cat becomes too aggressive the groom will always be stopped for my safety and the cats safety

All cats react differently to being groomed which is why its important to choose a trained cat groomer who understands body language
