‼️please note that all appointments require a minimum of 24hrs Cancellation notice, this allows me enough time to book someone else in. Any appointments cancelled under this will require full payment, before another appointment can be booked. Sadly again I have had bookings cancelled as short as 30 mins before arrival. I am a small business, and this impacts me greatly, not just loss of earnings but messes up everyone else’s grooms as I work each dog to a time scale between each groom. Whilst I understand in some cases this can’t be avoided as I too have had to cancel at short notice for emergency’s, but I’ve had a few that this hasn’t been the case. This time of year is especially busy for myself so if you can’t make your appointment please do let me know in advance. Thank you Pippa 🐾🚐🐶
