Advice about giving up the booze

If you want to give up the booze for good then my advice it to take it one stage at a time slowly bring down your alcohol intake bit by bit & you will give it up eventaully. Remember you cant just give up the booze over night it takes time. But just think once youve given up the booze for good you will then be able to save all that money you was spending on booze & you will be able to spend it on nice things like:

My advice of the day is:

When you go through everyday life challenges/stressfull/eventful/sad/negative days remember you've allways got your loved ones by your side to help you every step of the way until you feel happy again 😊

Loved ones are there to support you when your feeling down 😔

I my self feel very happy right now & thats because ive got my family who are there to support me when I need it 😉

Everyday isn't just a day its challenging its stressful 😪

& when your having a bad day wether its because your feeling sad or your just stressed or your just not feeling your self remember your family are there to support you in any way they can to make sure you feel happy again 😊 ☺️
