HERE TO HELP!
We are still working on projects at the moment for example

Reptile/exotic animal meets including trips to shows and shops
Possible reptile workshops and educational talks great for those who can't keep them to get the chance to experience them up close
Rehoming reptiles and exotics (this has always been at the heart of what we do)

but due to personal issues it is taking longer than expected and if u message us please bear with us we will reply when we can.

In the meantime this is a great FB site to check out/message or visit (we will hopefully plan a trip up to the centre at some point) put together but allot of big people in the reptile world for the good of the animals they can also help with rehoming. The British herpetological society is also a great resource.

Also check out Snakes 'N' Adders they are a shop up country but are currently working really hard to keep our hobby safe and improve standards for animal keeping, they are also getting involved in rehoming animals. They have been on TV and do what they can to spread the positivity that can come from keeping these great animals.

If you know other helpful sites or venues feel free to post below so any animals in need get the help.

!!! PLEASE SHARE !!!

With the current energy crisis and financial crisis reptiles are being dumped and neglected.

Where can you take your reptiles if you can't keep them ????

In the South West as far as we are aware there are not many genuine rescues or places you can surrender your reptile If you can no longer keep it. Many have had to close due to running costs and places further away are getting full quickly

Let's start supporting people/ places and businesses who do help take in unwanted reptiles rather than just those who breed 100s potentially 1000s putting more out there and are not willing to help even the animals they produced.

Its not always easy or cheap to properly take care of rescue reptiles but if the people who are producing them won't help then who will.

If the bad publicity continues activists and those who do not like reptiles may finally be able to get the keeping of reptiles banned.

Although we are no longer a shop we will still try and help with advice and finding a suitable home for your animal if you can no longer keep it.

If you know anyone who offers reptiles in need a home or any reptile rescues or other places who can offer a place to a reptile which may get dumped or even die particularly in the South West of England please can you

LEAVE A COMMENT BELOW WITH REPTILE RESCUES IN THE SOUTH WEST SO OTHERS IN NEED CAN CONTACT THEM IF NEEDED. Of course take care to look into anyone who may be taking your reptile as not all listed may be genuine.

GOT WOOD !!!
Need wood ? We have it.
Reptile safe wood
Lots of 2nd hand bowls, hides, stats, fake fish plants and ornaments, exo terras, vivariums, Incubators and fish tanks.
And animals available also.
Moving house so sensible/polite offers won't be declined.

Looking for a pet that dosent need walking, holding or brushing !?! want to be able go on holiday without the stress of pet sitters ?!? FISH MIGHT BE FOR YOU. we have a selection availble can come with tanks too from peaceful community fish and live plants so you can try your hand at aquascaping to fierce predatory fish who put on a show at feeding time. want to know more get in touch.
