We’ve had quite a few questions about our out-of-hours service, so just to clarify…
Our out-of-hours care will be provided by a dedicated emergency service in Kingsteignton. This is because out-of-hours care requires a fully staffed team, specialised equipment, and continuous monitoring to ensure pets receive the safest and most appropriate treatment.
Most out-of-hours providers work with specific practices and will only see their registered clients, which is why we partner with a trusted service.
We completely understand that this may feel a little further away, especially in an emergency. However, travel times are similar to other out-of-hours providers in the area and our priority is always that your pet is seen in the right place, with the right level of care, when it matters most.
We will always guide and support you through what to do in these situations.
