Frankie is Belgian malinois cross Rhodesian Ridgeback and isn't she a beauty✨️

We started with a preblast to remove a layer of Dead coat. And continued to deshed after a Bath, brush and blowdry. She sure left me feeling bright and clean.

(I was left with a coat of my own)😅🤭

Unfortunately lots of Terrier breeds suffer with skin conditions, Mo being one them.

Gentle and calming shampoos to help her ease the itch. Keeping up with your grooming appointments is such a helping factor when our beloved pets suffer with skin conditions. It can help clean away any pollen, grass seeds, other debrey caught in your dogs coat.

Wire-hair Dashcaund. Pip is an interesting little girly she never fails to liven up the atmosphere between the other dogs(a little bit of a yapper 🤣)

*Fact* Dashcunds genetically suffer with 'IVDD' Intervertebral Disc Disease with can lead them being considerably prone to spinal injury.

As groomers it's our job to make these conditions a priority during our grooming sessions and take extra care when handling these breeds.

As you can see pip was walking out with some Sass✨️

Some appriciation for 💐Flora💐
This gorgeous 8 year old golden retriver visited yesterday for her first appointment with me.

We were blessed to have such beautiful weather so we took full advantage. Her session was a full 2.5 hours so she had plenty of time for a break to hydrate and a little sunbathing🤩

Rebooked for 6 weeks to get her coat ready for the summer.

Lots of breeds that have coats that grow longer in areas such as the 'stop' (nose/eye area). Can be really anxious or stressed that their vision is restricted. Home care is super important for your pets alongside regular visits to the groomers. A little more tlc can really uplift your dogs moods and health.
