September was a bit different as two of my cat clients came to live with us! I'm not going to start boarding ( would never allow it! 😅) but Socks and Tails were is an unusual situation as their house sold just as the owners were going away on a long-planned holiday. I've know them for years and I've house-sat for them before, so they were used to me, and had no problem settling in at our house. They even got to stress test our new catio!

Sometimes if I've got a busy evening I'll eat dinner at a client's house (luckily for me Sam lives not too far from ) Sam took advantage of this unusual situation to flaunt his Mum's 'no paws on the table rule' 😹😺 and eye my food longingly! You wouldn't like it Sammy - it's all vegetarian 😂

Nervous little Jojo wasn't used to not having her main human around, and would keep her distance in the beginning. But with some quiet patience (and licky treats!) she slowly warmed up and would grace me with her presence 🧡🩶🤎

After keeping my prices the same for over a year I've crunched some numbers and found that there needs to be a little increase next year. I've also had a think about how to balance some business factors, and so created some policies around key collections, and the definition of my service area. 🗝
I know the map looks a bit weird but it's based on travel factors like traffic and hills, whilst also keeping my existing clients in the zones that they are already in. 🚲 All these changes only apply to direct bookings (so not the ones that go through online agencies).

Sprout! 🌱🥰🤎🧡 She has my assistant Lily as her regular sitter, but I got the honour of visiting her in September when Lily was away for a weekend. She's a wobbly cat with slight neurological issues, but it doesn't slow her down much!
