There's a few minor niggles I have but the main differences they've brought in are around their fees. Now, instead of a flat £1.50 booking fee, it's a 15% per visit charge. And that charge applies to both the booker and the sitter. So even though you'll see a price of £14 per visit (and there's no way to set a double-visit discount rate) I only receive £10.20 of that. Plus they want me to add extra charges per cat! As if two cats are so much harder to look after than one 😒
Apparently they'll also charge the booker a higher holiday rate for all visits even if only one day of the booking is within the holiday period. Madness.
I know a pet-sitter is a luxury service, but I would like it to be considered an affordable luxury
