No waste here... Ptyas carinata male enjoying an infertile (slug) ball/royal python egg that had just been laid.
We try to feed as varied diet as possible... frogs legs are a firm favourite with this species but this particular male does enjoy the odd quail eggs here & there. 🥚

Next clutch laid from this Butter Fire Clown Ball/Royal Python. Not the best clutch, 4 eggs, 3 slugs... but 4 eggs is better than none! Bred to a Redstripe Het Clown... a nice Fire Redstripe Clown would be nice!

First clutch for the season of Eastern Indigo (Drymarchon couperi) eggs laid on Saturday... a small clutch & one egg doesn't look good after a few days of incubation... but fingers crossed for the remaining eggs 🤞🏼
This is this females first time being bred.

Today we have also had a pre-lay shed from a second female, so fingers crossed for a larger clutch from her 🤞🏼
