Ticks may be tiny, but they can cause a number of infections (e.g. Lyme disease), so it’s worth taking a few simple precautions when you're enjoying the outdoors. 🌿

Heading out for a walk in the woods, through long grass, to your local park, or even just spending time in the garden? Keep this quick checklist in mind:

👖 Tuck trousers into your socks (it might not be a fashion statement, but it works!)
🧥 Wear long sleeves where possible
🦟 Apply insect repellent
🚶 Stick to paths and clear trails
🔍 Check yourself, the kids, and your pets for ticks after outdoor adventures
🩹 Find a tick? Remove it as soon as possible using the correct method

Here's the sneaky bit: most tick bites are completely painless, so you might not even realize you've got a little hitchhiker! 😱

At the moment, I’m fully booked for the next few weeks and have very limited availability until the beginning of November.

I currently only have spaces available for:

5th–13th/14th October
1st November until 25th November
3rd December until 17th December

Please get in touch early if you’re looking for boarding, as spaces are filling very quickly.
