A puppy's first time at the salon can feel a little intimidating but baby Ruby charmed the whole team!

Getting your pup introduced to grooming at an early age is really important no matter what breed they are!

A puppy groom usually includes a bath, dry and tidy up of the face and hygiene areas. A good groomer will take this super slow and start to build positive associations with the grooming environment so your pup feels relaxed when they visit us next time!

⭐️ Heavenly Grooming Starts Another Chapter Today!⭐️

Hi Everyone! 👋 We are Georgie and Zoe and we are really excited to announce that Heavenly will soon start a transition to Riber Pets Etwall Grooming Salon and Groom School.

WHO ARE WE?

We're just 2 Derbyshire based pet people with a huge passion for making the dog grooming world a better place for it's customers and those who work within it. We believe in advocating for your dog, and making their groom as stress free as possible.

We have two other salons, Matlock and Duffield which also sell natural and healthy treats & food, as well as amazing toys and accessories for all kinds of pets!

Prior to starting Riber Pets in 2021, Zoe has worked in a number of pet related roles including rescue and has been Grooming for more years than she will allow us to put it in writing! Georgie has a retail buying & supply chain background and is passionate about rabbit rescue. The two bonded over the lack of standards in the pet industry in the UK and have made it their mission to set the bar!

WHAT ABOUT YOUR APPOINTMENTS?!

While we do plan on making some improvements to the salon please rest assured that your appointments are still booked and you will still receive the great service you've come to expect!
