Peaceful Kennels is home of Professional Greyhound Trainer Dave Lee, having recently moved from his former base at Ockendon Kennel Complex. The Kennels have undergone major re-development since the start of the year, with plenty of work still in progress to bring Peaceful Kennels to its maximum potential. There is a schooling track on site, and we hope this will be up and running by early April! W

e are currently attached to Sittingbourne Stadium who race 3 nights a week on BAGS (Thurs/Sat/Sun) shown live in all Betting Shops. We also supply graded runners to Harlow on a Friday night, which has a unique noisy hare. A few bits and pieces to report on - a slightly delayed round up, but here goes🐾

On the open race competition front…No luck for Larry aka UNTOLD DINERO 🖤in the final at Dunstall Park Greyhound Stadium last Saturday! He has since had a spin round Coral Romford Dogs and clocked a respectable 24.09 over the 400m course.

Normal service resumed last Saturday as our kennel pet BRUNCH PAL 💙made a winning return to racing at Central Park Stadium, finishing just shy of 2 lengths ahead of kennelmate Archie aka BUSHPARK CATHAL 🧡 who ran a very credible race in second place 🥈

We also had an A1 winner in SATIN BARNEY 🐻 at home track Coral Romford Greyhound Stadium. He is a lovely young dog who has an impressive strike rate since arriving. He lines up in a maiden at Romford this evening 🤞

Monday saw our cheeky little lady MY LITTLE OLIVE 🫒 hold on by a SH to land an A11 after a spell on the sidelines. It’s nice to see her back 🥳

But the performance of the week must be awarded to JACQUESINTHEBOX ❤️ who has looked unlucky in defeat in his first two races, he managed to turn the bend in front after a slight bump and was never in doubt ✈️ winning by over 6 lengths 🥳 it was also lovely to see kennel favourite LAUGHILL DAVE 💚lead all the way in the opening race 🤩

Open racing at Romford this evening including DROMBEG DORO in a little maiden final over 575m, graded racing Saturday morning and Sayuedsy evening to look forward to, plus open racing at Central Park.

Fingers crossed 🤞 and be lucky 🍀 everyone x

Good morning 🌅

There was no racing for us on Monday, but we have a busy today with Woody 🤎, Archie 🧡, Jack ❤️, Olive 🫒, Twizzle 💜 and Stumpy tailed Sol 💚 racing Coral Romford Dogs today, and then Sue 💛 and Lucy 🍭 tomorrow!

We also are delighted to report our lovely Larry aka Untold Dinero 🖤booked his place in the Category 1 British Bred Puppy Final Dunstall Park Greyhound Stadium on Saturday 🥳 he has a lot to find on the clock ⏰ but he doesn’t know what price he is and we are very proud of him 🥰

Lots to catch up on, but will start with a quick update - we celebrated OPEN RACE WINS at TWO new venues for the kennel this week 🎉 both booking themsleves places in semi finals💚

Larry aka UNTOLD DINERO 🧡 won for us first time out, landing his heat of the British Bred Puppies on Saturday Dunstall Park Greyhound Stadium 🐾

Lisa aka UNTOLD ARIARY 💜 landed her first win since joining us, in the Angel of the North heats Newcastle Greyhound Stadium 💕

Busy 48h for the kennel with 5 runners at Romford last night on the open race card, plus a comeback trial for our Tim (Mairead’s Diamond💎) who clocked 13.62 before racing 🏁

Our gorgeous girl Summer ☀️ better known as UNTOLD RIPPLE kicked off proceedings in race 1, landing her first open race win 🏆 after a slow start she gave herself a lot to do, but won comfortably in the end 🩷

Our stumpy tailed Sol 💙 ANOTHER SOLUTION landed us the double, he too didn’t break too smartly but soon had the race in his paws 🐾

No luck for our other 3, including our two ladies who were in their respective semi finals.

This morning we have LAUGHIL DAVE 🩵 & HARLEY HITCH 💜 at Romford, and later on SATIN BARNEY 💚 lines up in his first top grade contest - in a race named after him for his 3 wins in a row 🥇🥇🥇

We also head to Dunstall Park yhis evening to support BRITISH BREEDING 🇬🇧 with two runners in the BGBF British Bred Puppy Heats🤞
ONTHERUN JAMIE ❤️ our home bred Laughill Jess pup and UNTOLD DINERO 🧡 a new intake out of oaks winner No Rush, are drawn in together in HEAT 2.

Lots to report on since last update 🐾

Last Saturday Coral Romford Greyhound Stadium we saw SATIN BARNEY 🤎 make it a quick fire double winning his second UK race! And PHOENIX IZZY 💜gave us a winner that evening too 💕

The same evening DONNISHALL SAM 💚 made his debut and won well in a maiden at Central Park Stadium🥳.

We started this week well with BURGESS BLACKIE 🖤leasing all the way on his UK debut over at our home track Romford. Then we went to harlow where SUNNYSIDE TED ☀️ made all to win his heat of the British Bred sprint race and secure his place in the final which takes place Monday night 🤞🐾

Although due to the scorching temperatures we saw racing cancelled for the days that followed. Welfare first as always 👌

Back in action this morning and we had 2 from 2 ✅✅ which means so far we have a 100% stroke rate in graded races this week! DEELISH BEAUTY 💕 made it 2 from 3 since she joined us and SATIN BARNEY 💙 maintained his 100% strike rate since arriving in the uk!

The heats of the GUYS & DOLLS and the CORONATION CUP at Romford were cancelled Friday and will take place on Monday. We have Lil Boo Peep in the Guys 🕺and Dolls 💃🏻 and in the Coronation Cup 🏆 we have Brunch Pal 🩵 and Untold Ariary 🩷 who is pictured on her bed 🥰
