I get asked all the time what we do when it’s just too hot for walks….

We stay home, we stay hydrated, we play with water & do lots of mental stimulation.

As demonstrated here perfected by Bandit 🐾 🥵🌞

Please don’t walk your dogs in these high temperatures, stay home & stay cool

It’s that time of year again where we switch to garden/house visits!

Although I know these aren’t ideal, it’s the safest option for both me and the dogs in my care!

And I promise you we still have lots of fun!

The best thing to do in the hot weather is stay out of the direct sun, especially during the hottest part of the day, between 11am and 3pm, as UV rays are strongest during these hours.

Well that’s me officially clocked out (minus a few dinner drop ins over the weekend) until the 31st!!
As much as I’ll miss you all & I’ll feel completely lost, It’s a week off thats very much

What absolutely beautiful weather for may 1st!!!

However NOT for dog walkers!!

Please note in high temperatures like those we are due to get today. I will not be risking anyone’s health by walking in midday high temperatures!!

We will swap to garden/home visits!

While I appreciate this isn’t ideal, a dog never died from a missed walk!!

I will unfortunately no longer be offering dog walking on Fridays due to family commitments, any booking already made before today's date (20.04.25) will still go ahead & any cat/small animal drop ins will continue as normal!
