For those requesting a few more details - Backhill livery will be coming on the market soon, and serious early enquiries are welcome. The yard was run as a successful livery yard for more than 10 years, features a 3 bedroom 100 yr old cottage, a purpose built American barn with internal stables (10 stables plus wash bay in barn, plus 3 stables next to house), 20x40 sand and fibre school, 30 acres of grazing with post and rail fencing, plus exercise track.
