Morning Everyone.
First of all, I would like to apologise to everyone for the time it is taking me to get back to everyone. I’m Currently running a bit later with everything this year, as Ive just had my boarding licence inspection done a week past Friday.
I’m currently transferring the mass amount of bookings across which have been previously booked last year onto my New database for the year. Once this is complete, which should be today, I will start going through all my messages and email and WhatsApp’s etc. It is really important for me to prioritise doing this, so there isn’t any double bookings etc. But I appreciate most of you being patient in this process. I also have even better news, which will not only benefit myself, but it should make all my wonderful clients lives easier when booking, as I’m away to try and implement an online booking service Through Pet Admin. Once this is in place and you have a login, you should be able to book your available dates by yourself, without waiting for me to reply to you all. 🥰
Again, I would like to sincerely apologise to everyone, as I’ve not been the the greatest with my admin side, but am working hard to rectify this and put something in place, which should help me, as it can sometimes be difficult to find time during the day to get any administration done, due to me being outside with the dogs and cats most of the day and night.
